Privacy policy

KAIROS TRUST, Israel, operates WAS. For privacy, access, correction or deletion requests, contact support@wasmeetingalert.com. We may need to verify your identity before handling account requests.

Information used by WAS

WAS processes account email and authentication information; settings, meeting details, configured keywords and profiles; audio used for recognition; recognized text and alert context; device connection and notification information; and subscription and usage records when billing is enabled. Support correspondence contains the information you choose to send.

Audio and service providers

When cloud recognition is enabled, meeting audio is sent to Deepgram. Local recognition uses an installed local model when available. The Cloudflare relay carries meeting/profile information, recognized text, alert context and connection controls for the phone companion; it is not the normal audio transport. Resend supports account-related email. The planned payment integration uses Paddle-hosted checkout; WAS does not receive or store full payment-card numbers. Support email is routed by Cloudflare to our Google-hosted inbox.

Local storage and retention

Settings, meetings, profiles, account information and usage data can remain on your Windows computer. Diagnostic logs can include recognized meeting text and alert context. Some credentials use Windows protected storage, but not all files or backups are encrypted. Removing an account does not necessarily remove independent backups or every local log. Cloud account, connection and billing records are retained as needed to provide the service, address security issues and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Purposes and sharing

Information is used to provide recognition and alerts, connect devices, authenticate accounts, administer usage and subscriptions, provide support and protect the service. Providers process information for these functions. Information may be processed outside Israel, depending on the provider and service configuration. We may disclose information when legally required.

Website and devices

This public website includes no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting provider processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site. The WAS application and phone companion use local storage for account and connection functionality. Notification permissions are controlled by your device.

Your choices

You can stop listening, change configured triggers and control notification permissions. Obtain appropriate permission before processing other participants' audio. Contact support for requests concerning personal information or account deletion; there is no claim that all account data can currently be erased through a single automated button.
