Service and availability

WAS is Windows software that recognizes configured keywords in meeting audio and provides alerts, with an optional phone companion. It is currently in beta. Features, compatibility and availability may change. Recognition and notifications can be delayed, missed or incorrect; do not rely on WAS for emergency or safety-critical decisions.

Responsible use

You are responsible for having the right to process meeting audio and for obtaining any legally required consent. Respect meeting participants, applicable laws and your organization's rules. Do not use WAS for unauthorized surveillance, unlawful content, service abuse or attempts to access another person's account.

Accounts and access

Keep account credentials, pairing links and devices secure. Do not share access credentials or circumvent usage limits. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict access to investigate abuse or protect users and the service.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are not yet open. When launched, the price, billing interval, included usage and applicable taxes will be presented before purchase. The proposed Pro plan is USD 19.90 per month with 25 hours per billing period. Renewal continues unless cancelled; cancellation stops future renewal. Usage allowances reset with a new paid billing period and do not accumulate. See the pricing page and refund policy.

Your content and privacy

You retain rights to your content. Processing needed to provide recognition, synchronization and notifications is described in our privacy policy. You must have permission to provide that content.

Support and changes

Send questions, access problems or cancellation requests to our support address. Material changes to commercial terms will be communicated before they apply where required. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
